Tonight (Motzaei Shabbos) Torah Judaism held three main vote conferences in various haredi cities, with the participation of Gedolei Yisroel who went out on a special expedition due to the importance of the campaign.

These are vote conferences in the cities of: Elad, Modi'in Illit and Jerusalem. Hagaon R' Chaim Kanievsky expected to attend all three, while Hagaon R' Aharon Leib Steinman will attend conferences in Jerusalem and Modi'in Illit.

At the conferences the need to vote for the local Torah Judaism list will be emphasized, and for the candidate for the various cities: Yaakov Guterman and Yisrael Porush in Modi'in Illit and Elad, and for Moshe Leon in Jerusalem.

Due to lack of time R' Chaim did not enter Elad up to the rally, and he greeted the participants in his car near the entrance to the city. He then went on to Jerusalem.

The opening speech was by MK Moshe Gafni who spoke of the struggles of Orthodox Judaism over the years.
