Skeleton of gentile at Golovenzitz • Rab"d Eida Hareidis arrived at scene

Those present at the Goloventzitz construction site compound were surprised today (Monday) to find the Rab"d Eida Haredis, who came himself to the area, accompanied by the grave expert Rabbi Zalman Koren.

Some background: 3 years ago, before the struggle started at the Golovenzitz site, the 'Asra Kadisha' people checked a certain space in the complex, on which Degel HaTorah is building, and determined that there is no problem to build there.

When Hagaon R' Moshe Sternbuch got into the thick of things, he said that he does not rely on Asra, and sent to re-examine the place. The examination revealed a skeleton - with its head between his knees, which is typical of gentile burial.

Following the finding, Hagaon R' Moshe Sternbuch came himself to the site along with Rabbi Zalman Koren, to check and confirm that the burial is of non-Jews.
