Antwerp: baby died suddenly

A year and a half year old baby died in Antwerp, Belgium: This morning (Thursday) Hatzalah was reported that a baby aged a year and a half is not responding properly. Volunteers arrived located the baby when she drowsy and began performing life-saving operations.

An ambulance was called and joined rescue operations, and the baby was taken to the hospital when her condition is difficult.

During treatment in the hospital, her heart stopped beating, and doctors began performing CPR using advanced medical equipment. After three quarters of an hour, the doctors at the hospital declared her dead.

Background to the sudden death is unclear. Her family was told that the baby was a doctor yesterday, due to a cold and received medication.
