10 year old boy, the son of a Chabad family in Kiryat Ata, was seriously injured in an accident.
Tonight at 6 or so, the 10 year old boy riding his bike was hit by a shuttle car.
Hatzalah medics arrived in less than 90 seconds, gave the child primary medical care and he was evacuated in a difficult situation to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
The Hatzalah driver, Naftali Rothenberg who arrived first at the scene of the accident says, "This is a child on a bicycle and was hit by a shuttle car. I and other volunteers gave him first aid and he was evacuated whilst unconscious and in critical condition to the trauma unit at Rambam."
The child is the son of a well known Chabad family in the town and his father is currently abroad.
