Dispute between the Rosh Yeshiva and mashgiach caused split

The senior Nachlas David for youngsters, located in Petah Tikva will apparently split, due to a deep conflict between Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Salomon and the spiritual supervisor Rabbi Asher Zanovsky.

In the past, when Rosh Yeshiva founder - Rabbi of Petah Tikva Rabbi Shimon Solomon, of blessed memory served, he gave free rein to the Yeshiva supervisor, Rabbi Zanovsky, after his death appointed his son Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Salomon and the yeshiva gedola was appointed the other son Rabbi David Solomon.

But the relationship between the head of the yeshiva and overseer ran aground: Rabbi Zanovsky did not want to recognize the new yeshiva head who came to intervene in his territory so to speak, and he claimed that most parents sent their children to the yeshiva because of him.

Towards the end of last Elul tension reached a blast, and Rabbi Zanovsky announced that he will not participate in the Simchat Beit Hoshoevah on Chol Hamoed and Simchat Torah. Simchat Beit Hashoeva was canceled at the last minute, with notice of cancellation sent to the homes of all students.

Last week there was a conference in Citrus Gardens of the parents, during which they were asked to sign that if the mashgiach opens a new yeshiva their children will go with him. The conference was attended although by most parents - but not all signed.
Last night telephone voice messages were sent by the supervisor to parents that it he opens a new yeshiva, parents were asked to cancel the standing orders to Nachlas David and transfer them to the new institution, apparently planned also in Petah Tikva - Citrus Gardens neighborhood.

Mediation attempts were made in the homes of Hgray"l Steinman and Rabbi Yaakov Edelstein failed for now.
