Dozens of Roshei Yeshivas and rabbis gathered tonight (Sunday) for a conference in support of Degel HaTorah in Jerusalem – at the home of the head of Yeshivat Ateret Yisrael and a member of the Council of Torah Sages Rabbi Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi in Bayit Vegan.
Even before the conference Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky expressed rarely about its importance: it was when Hgrh"s Leibowitz, Rosh Yeshiva of Ponovicz and Chemnitz, debated whether to go.
