Tuesday drowning at the Kinneret: This morning (Friday) the deceased David Leib Prinz z"l was identified by his family at the Forensic Institute at Abu Kabir.

The funeral will leave the Shamgar funeral home at 13:00, to to the Mount of Rest.

On Thursday, the holiday of Sukkot, a number of boys identified drowning man. They pulled him out to the fishermen bridge and alerted the rescue forces.

As we published last night, the deceased is Orthodox, 31, a resident of Jerusalem Ramot Polin neighborhood, who about a month ago moved into his sister's home in Tiberias, and used to come every day to the shores of the lake to swim. Northern District Police Department reports that it is a drowning and no foul play is suspected.

Yossi Auknin, head of Hatzalah in Tiberias, told B'Chadrei Charedim on the day of drowning that at 4:00 he received a report about a drowning near the Rimonim Hotel.
"The number of boys who located the drowned, pulled him out of the water at the pontoon bridge, there began to resuscitate him. Initial examination showed the drowned had a pulse and breathing, but during the treatment his condition deteriorated and he lost consciousness.

"This is a bridge of boats, located in the water, it is somewhat difficult to get there, and as a result delayed the submission of advanced medical care, until we extracted him to the beach. Following lengthy resuscitation, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

"On the beach, we found a T-shirt, binoculars and tzitzit."
