Tragedy in Haifa: Born after 28 years - and orphaned at age of 4

Baruch Dayan Ha'emes: today (Monday) Mrs. Chaya Fibi Marciano A"H, resident of Kiryat Shmuel, Haifa, passed away after suffering of a serious illness, and at the age of 60 at her demise.

The deceased a"h was born in Morocco to her parents Chaim and Esther. Four years ago she was privileged with her husband Rabbi David Marciano yibadel lechayim, to embrace a first son after 28 years of awaiting.

The fascinating story of the couple who received a wonderful blessing from the Lubavitcher Rebbe zt"l during the distribution of dollars 24 years ago, made waves and created a Kidush Hashem.

In an interview he gave to the press, the husband said: "The midwife brought the baby straight into my hands. While I held him, it was real excitement. A feeling that the whole world was moved together with us."

Her funeral will leave at 17:30 pm to the new cemetery in Acre – where she will be buried.

May her soul be bound in the bond of life.
