Battle for New York: De Belsio running against Joe Lotte

Bill De Belsio is apparently winning the Democratic nomination to head the state of New York. This followed after counting 95% of the vote in the primaries of the party; he leads with 40.0%, while his main rival Bill Thompson is in second place with 26.3%. Competitor Christine Quinn received 15.2% of the vote.
