The Ministry of Health has announced that according to a report the Meteorological Service, in the coming days there will be a heat wave in different regions in the country and there is a risk of fire.
Starting from Wednesday afternoon is expected unusually warm weather until Shabbos.
Record event on Yom Kippur (Friday), expected heat wave conditions, about 40 degrees inland valleys, plains about 36 degrees, about 34 degrees in the mountains.
Ministry of Health calls on the public, the elderly population and people with chronic diseases in particular, to strictly follow procedures: Avoid as much as possible from exposure to heat and sun, avoid unnecessary physical exertion, make sure you drink water as much as possible and be in air conditioned places.
