Extended arrest of two suspects in submitting false claims to social security, by four days.

The detainees are: Leah Berland 50, a resident of Jerusalem, Shmuel Hanavi and another suspect Yissachar Leib Goldberg, 39 and a resident of Givat Shmuel, who have allegedly committed fraud under aggravating circumstances, aggravated forgery, use of forged document and conspiracy crime.

Undercover investigation was conducted for about a year, during which investigated people including doctors and patients. 11 people were investigated; some of these suspects allegedly helped them forge.

According to a representative of the police during arrest the suspect's wife said that he was not at home, and was searched, he was found in a closet. According to the suspect, he was hiding because he thought it was executing personnel.

Representative of the suspect said "I tried to find out by members of what she did and it turns out they investigated physicians, investigated others involved i.e. those who allegedly benefited from improper benefit, those that appear to be sick when they are healthy.

"I wanted to find out what re-opens the investigation in relation to the same undercover investigation. Moreover I figured other suspected members are here and suspect others here have not attributed to the crime of forging documents."

The suspect collaborated, but claimed that he never forged documents. The suspect, a father of three was interrogated for five hours.

The judge concluded that "there is reasonable suspicion that the offenses attributed is suspicious. There exist grounds for the continued detention and reasonable grounds for concern that the release of the suspects will disrupt the course of the investigation."

Accordingly, the Judge Menachem Mizrachi extended the arrest of two suspects by four days, until Thursday at 12:00.

Leah Berland, is the niece of Nachman. But police said there is no connection between her case and Breslev.
