Interesting and renewed rules and regulations were heard by the Vizhnitz -Monsey Rebbe, while giving an end of zman sicha to students at his yeshiva a few days ago - before leaving for recess of the month of Tishrei .

Early in his speech, the Rebbe referred to the fact that he was asked to say words of chizuk. "What is there to say , the Torah is the same Torah, the Torah was not given anew, but we have to repeatedly go over the Torah again and again ."

Afterwards, the Rebbe gave a number of instructions for Bein Hazmanim: "Now when Bein Hazmanim is at the doorway, I call on all the bochurim to daven at our Beis Midrash. Those who could not, will see to it that they pray properly, wherever they are praying. One thing I would like to ask. One hour a day – one has to learn continuously without a break. Do not think that that you have fulfilled your obligation to study Torah thereby, but at least this hour will be non-stop."

Here the Rebbe adds: "Those who do not can come on time, or someone who must be absent and can not come that day, must update the gabbaim and get their permission." The Rebbe continues and states that: "In general, one should not walk around the street (and this of course is going through the city of Monsey. S.G) when one is not forced to walk through it. One should not enter stores under any circumstances. In the municipal buses, it is no 'segula' to travel at all, one should hold back and not go on them, even if it does not come easily."

"One should have derech eretz for the old. The Gemora brings that even lehavdil, old people who are gentiles, one must respect and give them honor. At the Shabbos table one should eat in a respectable way and not hungrily. One should be able to recognize by the way of eating that this is a Shabbos meal," continued the Rebbe, noting at the end of his words that it is redundant to remind about the 'kelim' and 'Internet'.

"I do not know exactly what it i , I 've never actually seen the instruments and those things. But I understand and get the impression that this is not the book 'Reshis Chochma'... One should keep away from them as far as possible and like from a deathly drug."

The Rebbe finished his short words with blessings for a kesiva vachasima tova.
