Admors son: "Do not include in shofar anyone who has an iphone"

In a surprising and strong sermon Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager, son of Vizhnitz Rebbe and Rav Beit Midrash of the chassidus in Borough Park, demanded, following the amendment to limit severe technology damage.

Last week, Rabbi Hagar came to the Beit Midrash Vizhnitz in Monsey, where the conference was held against the ravages of technology - as a continuation of conferences previously held by him for chassidim living in the United States.

In his remarks he said that whoever does not have a kosher Cell device or internet, "I say shame on his money to travel for Rosh Hashana to be with the Rebbe, the Rebbe will not pray and all the tears that he lowers on Rosh Hashanah will go to the other side."

He said: "I serve as Baal Tokeah, and I'm publishing now in my name that whoever has such a device I do not include him in shofar. I'm talking here in Monsey, but I mean all Vizhnitz chassidim everywhere."

Many avrechim who heard the things undertook to dispose of their devices.
