Shmuli said: Father, we will celebrate my Bar Mitzvah "

Hundreds of Vizhnitz devotees accompanied before Shabbos the child Shmuli Davidovich z"k • Rebbe arrived in Shabbos clothes: "to this soul who comes here we should come out with a streimel"

Hundreds of Vizhnitz devotees accompanied an hour before Shabbos the 12-year old boy Shmuel Yaakov (Shmuli) Davidovich z"l eternal rest.

Shmuli z"l died on Thursday in the U.S. after five years of illness which overwhelmed him, at the funeral his father Rabbi Moshe Reuven eulogized, he quoted the words of his son during sickness: "Daddy do not worry so much, God willing I will be celebrating my Bar Mitzvah "and then burst into tears whilst the audience cried in the background.

Shmuli's bed came to Kiryat Vizhnitz at 18:05, where it kaddish was said and immediately rushed to bury him in the Vizhnitz Beis Hachaim before Shabbos.

Vizhnitz Rebbe, who was supposed to arrive wearing normal weekday clothes, changed before he left his house, he returned to his room and dressed the shtreimel. To his associates explained, "This soul who comes here we should come out with a streimel."
During the funeral a Haredi businessman distributed envelopes including NIS 200 reading: "Learn in memory of Shmuel Yaakov ben Moshe Reuven".

During Seuda Shlishit, the Vizhnitz Rebbe said: "The boy Shmuel Yaakov ben Moshe Reuven HaCohen Iblht"a, was innocent. He was a child full of faith until his last day. I talked with him a few days ago and was overcome by him. Certainly he is now in heaven along with all the righteous. I saw something amazing on Friday evening: time to cry - sad at the taking of a righteous soul, and as soon as Shabbos comes in we are commanded by the holy Torah not to cry and received the Shabbos as usual. In this regard we see the greatness of the Jewish people."
