Expanded panel of nine judges headed by the President of the Court Judge Asher Gronis discussed today (Tuesday) the High Court petition filed by a series of institutions and organizations immediately raise 600 ultra-Orthodox, who received mobilization orders during the period August to October - and recruitment postponed for now.

The Petitioners: The Movement for Quality Government, Hiddush, Israel Forum for equal burden, MK Roni Brison, Attorney Yehuda Ressler and Hitorerut movement.

The petition was filed against the defense minister, the Prime Minister, the IDF and the Israeli government.

The court suggested the parties' compromise that will allow postponement of recruitment for now, until the legislation, but the gains will be offset deferral period not conscripts from the service in which they are committed.

Some of the petitioners, including attorney Yehuda Ressler, opposed the compromise proposal.

Finally given the parties notice that the Supreme Court decision will be given later.
