Eideh dayan supports Rab"d • "have no part in the next world"

Eideh Charedi dayan and Dushinsky dayan, Hagaon Rabbi Amram Aufman, issued a letter on Friday protesting the attack against Rab"d Hgr"m Shternbuch and states there are no graves in Beit Shemesh.

In his letter Hgr"a states: It is my duty to inform that all ads and images and talk as if they are digging graves in Beit Shemesh, are all lies and there no graves for now. And if the future it will be found, it will be found out. There is disagreement among the scholars of the generation of the law and kings are debating with each other. We should not care about it and the matter is brought before them exclusively.

Here Hgr"a goes out against those attacking the Rab"d and claims: "capital crime". He reminds of an argument which took place in the past, when attacks were made against one of the Gedolei Yisrael, the Minchas Yitzchak zt"l Gab"d Eideh Charedi, and writes that all those who shame a Talmid Chacham, have no part in the world to come.

Hgr"a surprises and attacks also Rabbanim or Dayanim who embarrassed the Rab"d, seemingly stated against Rabbi Menashe Philip from the States who joined "the call" of Rabbanim from the U.S.A. against the digging.

Hgr"a adds that most of the Rabbanim at the Eideh Charedi share his opinion: "I declare that what I wrote is the opinion of most of the Morei Horaah at the Eideh Charedi and the majority of the Haredi Jewry who are defined with the Eideh Charedi.

And what was published in the name of the Eideh Charedi, Hgr"a attacks a number of activists who claim to represent the Eideh, "they are not loyal and are not the Eideh Charedi, and have no part in the world to come until they do Teshuva."

Hgr"a signs his letter: "In a place where this is no man, try to be a man."
Emerging: Additional letters of support will be spread throughout the week
The support the Rab"d received from Hgr"a Aufman caused a stir amongst the Haredi public this week, and amongst the Dushinsky chassidus especially. It may be that throughout the week additional letters of support will be published by Rabbanim following Rabbi Aufman's letter.

Up until now, not a word was heard by the Badatz and no one protested the letters of the Atra Kadisha against Rab"d. On the contrary, one of the Badatz members who supports the Atra Kadisha and is considered one of the extremists in the Eideh Charedi, was quoted saying harsh words against Rab"d.

Meanwhile, on Friday Atra Kadisha agents went to the dayanim of the Eideh Charedi, trying to drag them to come to the demonstration at the Golobnzitz site on Sunday. They lied and said that if they come they will also bring the Gab"d to the demonstration.

All the rabbis responded by turning them away, and no dayan accepted their request to protest on Sunday.

Even so, the leader of Kahal Chassidei Yerushalayim Rabbi Avraham Simcha Chanun, announced last Thursday at his Beit Midrash in Beit Shemesh that any avrech from the kollel who goes to demonstrations his scholarship will be deducted from his total, and is not considered an hour of study.
