Rabbis Spam: telephone harassment is not an advertisement
According to the Ministry of Communications, ringing offering you a blessing by Rabbis and Kabbalists, good life, marriage, children, and everything you want - is purely a religious message and is not 'an advertisement'

If you have not received a call offering you a blessing from various rabbis and Kabbalists, good life, marriage, children, and all that you want - do not worry, according to the statistics you probably are not being discriminated against.
Suppose that you chose not to unplug or delete the message on the spot, and you choose, just for curiosity, to continue to hear what the mekubal offers. Or - then you you are told it’s a blessing from a Rabbi (which you can also send by remote to graves of the righteous), and each donation, more modest or less, can do well for the soul.
But wait! There is a law against such nuisances, then why do they continue to call? The answer is in the body of the question: Spam Law does not prohibit the harassment of those - he makes everything around: He states, for example, that a business is allowed to launch an advertising message in the subscriber database in agreement, that the certificate (most times you do not even know you signed the certificate, for example, Join the customer club), and he states that the website must allow the message recipient to remove his name from the database at any time (let's see you waste another 5 minutes on the call to do it).
But it's nothing compared to the response we received from the media G address with a question what to do with spam rabbis: "The advertisement" is defined by law as a message distributed commercially, aims to encourage the purchase of a product or service or to encourage spending differently," prepares us for a startling response statement which comes after: "it should be noted that our approach, dealing appeal is purely religious message is not a but an advertisement as defined in, and clear questions concerning interpretation of the provisions of the law will be decided at the end of the day - by the court, and each case should be examined on its merits."
Do you understand? Legally, one can totally bother you with "purely religious message," as long as it is not advertised, just as in the past we were told that politicians spam is also fine - as long as, again, it's not for commercial purposes.
We asked, just to be safe, what exactly is a "religious message." By press time we have not received an answer, but do not worry. It should be here sometime on the phone.
