Following the arrest police and military police forces closed the roads leading to the Yitzhar settlement to prevent residents to try to delay the departure of the police.
On Friday morning judge Nava Bachor ordered that Albert is released under the terms of the exclusion set forth by Gen. Nitzan Alon and that there will be for further discussion today (Sunday).
At the request of police representative to delay the implementation of the decision to file an appeal to the District Court to delay the release of Albert until 13:00 pm, or until the decision of the District Court about it.
