Therefore, R' Chaim proposed to appoint Rabbis on his behalf who will arrive to tour the building site, to follow the arguments raised by the parties, and to bring the findings to him.

Meanwhile rabbis were appointed, R' Shmuel Halperin, who is considered close Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, the Dayan Rabbi Menachem Mendel Lubin, son in law of Hgr"n Karelitz, and the Dayan Yisrael Marmerosh from the Beis Din of Hgr"n Karelitz.

Only after they will tour the area this afternoon, and will present the conclusions to R' Chaim - a decision regarding the continuation of construction will be made.
