Habayit Hayehudi voters are not alone, even Yair Lapid was named 'Amalek' by a major religious leader: during a shiur given by Hgray"l Steinman he called the Minister of Finance Yair Lapid the Amalek of our generation.
This Shabbos falls Parashat Ki Tezeh, and at the end is mentioned the war with Amalek against Bnei Yisrael coming out of Egypt.
Hgray"l gave a lesson on the topic, noting that the opinion of the Chatam Sofer is that during reading one should target the seven commandments of wiping out Amalek, because next year is a leap year and there will be more than 12 months from Parashat Zachor of this year to next.
Hgray"l added: "Amalek in our generation, you need to direct it - at Yair Lapid".
As we know, Hgray"l is very concerned in recent times, when the decrees against the Torah world disturbs him.
