R' Aharon Leib to his Yeshiva: "most important that you take care of newcomers"

In a conversation in Orchos Torah yeshiva on the occasion of the beginning of Zman Elul and Siyum Hashas, in memory of the late donor R' Zev Wolfson z"l, R' Aharon Leib said topical things to the yeshiva students:

"One thing I'm used to always say, since new boys who were not in the yeshiva until now, came in, every bochur who comes now, this is a great mitzvah to help him and show him where everything is, for even today that the yeshiva is not very large, yet he still has to know where his place is, where is his bed, where he will sleep, and where to eat, therefore it's great kindness to help the new boys who come and show them.

"Everyone that comes in is like a ger for a few days, he really needs help, and one does a great mitzvah of chessed thereby."
