Justice Department warns: Shuvu Banim on verge of breakdown

Is the real story behind the escape of Rabbi Eliezer Berland, Shuvu Banim leader, from Israel to Morocco, not only because of the allegations which were first published, but also consists of an economic element?

The following document, first published in B'Chadrei Charedim, reveals that in Shuvu Banim and Breslev institutions organization, Nachmas Zion, operated by Shuvu, there are serious irregularities, and it faces liquidation.

The document was sent this week by the Israel Ministry of Justice corporations, and entitled "denial of proper management approval and notification before breaking down", he sets serious suspicions to use threats and realize the assets of the association unlawfully.

The document notes that the applicants claim Nachman Berland and Eran Hochberg were a number of serious acts within the association.
