At Nachshonit Park near Rosh Ha'ayin a young boy of 14 fell from a height of about seven meters and was injured in his head. He was treated by drives of Ichud Hatzalah, and taken by an MDA ambulance to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva.

Akiva Avigad, Ichud Hatzala paramedic, said: "This is a 14 year old boy who fell off a climbing wall at the park and broke his head. We gave him first aid and respiratory aid. He was taken to hospital with a moderate to severe condition."

MDA spokesman, Zaki Heller said that "this is a 15 year old boy who apparently fell from a height of 7 meters as he climbed the climbing wall in the park. Paramedics and Magen David Adom paramedics gave medical treatment and took the boy in a serious condition with a head injury, sedated and on a respirator, to the hospital. "

Vered Kvitel, Beilinson Hospital spokeswoman, said the victim came to Beilinson Hospital in serious condition, was stabilized, and was taken to Schneider Hospital.

Linor Nevo, Schneider Hospital spokesperson, told Behadrey Haredim that the patient's condition is difficult, and he suffers multi-system damage. He was hospitalized in intensive care while anesthetized and on a respirator.

The police detained two climbing wall operators in Nachshonit on suspicion of negligence that caused the fall of the boy during climbing and his seriously injury. It is being checked if the cable which was tied to the boy was torn or not securely attached.
