Forgery: Document to establish haredi state schools

Offices of recognized unofficial education department received today (Tuesday) a document sent by fax to the department supervisors.

Under the heading 'internal working paper - establishing governmental Haredi schools' document purports to present a program of the Ministry of Education to war against the ultra-Orthodox way of life and leadership.

Ministry of Education made it clear that the document was a fake, presenting false facts in order to harm the Ministry of Education and the Ministry's cooperation with ultra-Orthodox educational institutions.
Following the distribution of fake document ordered the Education Ministry Director General Dalit Stauber to the recognized unofficial department inspectors not to make use of it, and make it clear to applicants that it is a fake document. Meanwhile, a complaint was filed by the charge on the defense ministry.

Ministry of Education added that the process of the establishment of the orthodox county entered these days into action following irregularities found at Maayan Torah education - driven purely out of the desire to eliminate irregularities and corruption, and out of concern for the Orthodox children, while further maintaining full autonomy in spiritual and religious orthodox.
