Before Judge Amnon Cohen a discussion on the sentencing hearing stage of the case of the 'Starving Mother' will be held tomorrow in Jerusalem District Court. Prosecution will seek to impose a prison sentence.

The mother, accused of starving her son, signed in 2010 on a plea bargain in which she admitted that she used to cut off her sons feeding machine and starved him. In return, she was not sent to prison, and she was under house arrest for three years.

Some of the liabilities, as part of the plea bargain, the mother committed to undergo psychiatric medical treatments.
According to the prosecution she did not undergo the medical treatments - and therefore imposed a prison sentence against her.

Prosecution intends to request to postpone the hearing tomorrow, but if not postponed they are likely to realize the request.

Attorneys, Yehuda Fried and Tal Gabay representing the mother said that their position will be given only in court.
