Encore in Belz: Great granddaughter of Rebbe got engaged
יעקב נחומי

The bride is Esther Malka Rokeach (17), a seminary student at Beis Malka of Belz in Jerusalem.

The chassan is Avraham Spreen (17), from Belz yeshiva in Ashdod, and the grandson of the Kamarna Rebbe in Givat Shaul. His father is Rabbi Gedalia Moshe Spreen, from the Iyun Kollel of Belze in Bnei Brak and son in law of Rav Zev Greenfield from Brooklyn.

As in previous shidduchim in the chassidus, once again Belz chose to make a shidduch with a relatively small chassidus, unlike most major sects, which mostly marry one another.
The shidduch has been spoken for a number of months in Belz, and was made by the shaliach of the Rebbe to the shadchan Rav Aharon Moshkowitz.
The vort will be held tonight (Monday) at the Rebbe's residence in Kiryat Belz in Jerusalem, after which thousands of Chassidim will come to wish Mazel Tov.
The engagement will be held on Sunday 28th Av at the halls in Kiryat Belz in Jerusalem.
Belz consider the shidduch as a circle closing as 20 years ago on 16th Av תשנ"ג the great and historic wedding of the bride's father-Rabbi Aharon Mordechai Rokeach was held in Jerusalem.
Belz is already preparing for the wedding which will take place in a year's time.
