Fraud: 'Global glamour factory' posing as Chabad Meron

Who is it that impersonates Chabad Meron? In recent days Chabad emissaries around the world, as well as different personalities, received email messages on behalf of Chabad Meron who allegedly seeks to raise donations for dissemination of a book called "The Zohar and the Rebbe." Website Chabad COL checked with Chabad Meron and discovered that it has nothing to do with the messages.

Apparently, the organization thought that identification with the Chabad community where the Tanna Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai is buried will speak to the hearts of the emissaries.

The email prominently carried the logo of Chabad Meron and sent from the Gmail representing the branch of Hasidism in the community.

Place of emails is an organization that calls itself "the global glamour factory".

Attorney Sharon Goshen is assisting Chabad dealing with deception and he warned the members of the "global glamour factory" immediately cease use of the trappings that might identify the donation request with Chabad.
