"Dear children! By the orders of Gedolei Yisrael, all children are invited to come to the distribution van and hang signs on the windows and balconies, and participate in a huge lottery for a prestigious bicycle and many other valuable items, "reads the proclamation that divides the signs.

Children are guaranteed for hanging signs in the streets, homes and porch windows - various prizes which will be drawn in the weekly lottery.

One campaign signs calling the people of Israel: "Pray for my father that he will throw the iPhone and the Internet, rather than break up our family." Another sign proclaims: "No entry for the iPhone owner, or a person who has access to the outbreak internet."

Right now it is unknown who is behind the campaign, and organizers refuse to disclose their identities.
