Yisrael Walles, an avrech from Jerusalem who was convicted of shaking his baby until he hit the wall and died, celebrated yesterday (Tuesday) another son's bris who was born to him.
Walles was sentenced to six years in prison and was released a year ago, after deducted third of his sentence. The bris was held in private, fearing widespread media interest.
Walles's wife didn’t divorce him, even after being convicted, and before he began serving his sentence they had another child. This is the second son born to them after the incident.
One of their members of the family told Yisrael Hayom: "At the bris was only family and friends. They want to escape the story which took place. Walles and his wife live happily. At the bris there was an atmosphere of a new page. There was no reference to the tragedy, move on, we do not mention the matter and try to protect their privacy."
