Forty-eight hours prior to the demonstration, which apparently will be the largest in the history of the Haredi public in the U.S., the Assembly map is becoming clearer.

Today (Friday) rally organizers were informed that the Belzer Rebbe expressed his support, and ordered his chassidim in the U.S. to join. The Rebbe of Sanz - Klozenburg announced that he supports the Assembly, and promised his participation, along with all the Gedolei Yisrael and conference leaders who have already added their signatures.

Cadres from among two factions of the Satmar communities met yesterday and discussed ll the necessary logistical preparations for the rally.

Last night the Satmar Rebbe spoke at the dinner held for Shiur D of the Yeshiva Gedolah of Satmar in Kiryat Yoel, and expanded again during his speech of the size order of the day and the severity of the situation. The Rebbe emphasized that he is certain that if his uncle the Rebbe the Divrei Yoel of Satmar of blessed memory, and his father the Baruch Moshe of Satmar zt"l, were living today, they would go far in a city street to demonstrate. "Thus on each one, to go out and protest against the terrible decree," he said.

The Rebbe took the stage to fend off allegations which were made about him, why a speaker was not placed on the list of speakers from the community:

"Now we go to war and not a community panel. We do not check who speaks better or worse. We all go out as one to demonstration. We all mean one thing - to raise our voices crying out against the decree. What does it matter who will explain the position of Orthodox Judaism? We shall go by duty hearing the words of the Sages heard as compliance, rather than go down to trivialities such as these, whether there will be a speaker on our behalf or not. "

Later the Rebbe mentioned that on the day that took place in the U.S. a rally on concerns character of Judaism, the Divrei Yoel was fasting.

"Although as it comes out on Rosh Chodesh, we cannot fast, but we are well aware of the size of the liability, to cancel learners and boys from their learning, as homeowners from their work - for demonstration. Assembly should be conducted carefully. Caution is required in guarding your eyes in Manhattan, is extremely essential. Therefore we have a great responsibility. Therefore, we decided to cancel the planned march to Williamsburg. The students dressed in sackcloth, 4,000 in number, will stand with signs in their hands at the site of the demonstration, and the surrounding streets of the demonstration, and thus express their protest."

Organizers are preparing for the arrival of about 150 thousand participants, and chairs were brought for them.

Who will speak?

It appears, this will be the pattern of the Assembly:

Mayor of Lakewood will carry a short speech and express thanks to all the police forces and the various organizers who have partnered with the success of the rally.

Organizers printed a 'Call' of over 160 rebbes and rabbis, calling for the public to participate in the largest protest. In addition a special issue published for the demonstration, explaining to the public the destructive dangers the recruitment decree is going to impose on the public. The issue was distributed in Yiddish and English in Orthodox neighborhoods in New York and New Jersey, on Friday evening.

The rabbis were asked by the organizers to speak during shiurim they carry their out on Shabbos to raise the subject of the Assembly, to explain the nature and call everyone to take part.
