Three masked men broke into a private home in Har Nof, Jerusalem. The owner was awakened by the noise, was injured in his leg after being beaten by one of the thieves.
The suspects fled into the nearby Jerusalem Forest, apparently after they managed to steal only the iPad device, as reported by journalist resident of the neighborhood, Eliyahu Eliovitz.
On Shabbos afternoon the owner was taken to hospital after suffering from severe pain in his leg.
Jerusalem police opened an investigation.
Burglar got tired, fell asleep in the bedroom and caught
One who discovered that it's not easy to steal, was a thief in Ra'anana: Last Shabbos one of the residents of Raanana came home and discovered that the door was broken and theft had taken place.
The surprise was even greater when he noticed the thief sleeping on the bed in the bedroom.
It turns out that the suspect was tired during the theft, wanted a nap in the room of the apartment owner, and fell asleep.
Kfar Saba police station officers were called to the scene and had to wake him before they took him in for questioning.
