Hagaon R' Aharon Leib Steinman arrived this evening (Thursday) at the Ponevez yeshiva ketana hall on Harav Meltzer street in Bnei Brak, to give students a chizuk talk towards the upcoming Yomtov of Matan Torah.
R' Aharon Leib, who served as a Rosh Yeshiva at the yeshiva for over forty years, continues to regularly give talks before the Yomtevim.
Hagr"l Shteinman was received by the current Rosh Yeshiva, Hagaon R' Shmuel Einstein.
In his words of chizuk, R' Aharon Leib said that the main purpose of man is eternal life.
An interesting anecdote was recorded at the end of the talk, when the vehicle in which R' Aharon Leib was riding went out of the yeshiva, it lightly hit a nearby car while driving backwards. The driver noticed R' Aharon Leib, gave up voluntarily and did not delay the vehicle.
A little later the driver of the damaged car arrived at the home of R' Aharon Leib on Hazon Ish Street, while taking the opportunity to ask for the blessing of R' Aharon Leib, which he awarded him warmly.
