"Lapid understands only when he is opposite powerful people"

The Knesset plenum, discussed today (Wednesday) the urgent proposal for arrangement of the strike following approval of the plan "open skies."

MK Yaakov Asher said: "nice cup of coffee and the coziness the Minister of Finance proposed the demonstrators did not bring this crisis to an end, but the mud coffee of Mr Eini and fear of the power of the Histadrut. I'm all for competition, but there is a national symbol here and as such should be treated with professionalism and profitability. The crisis opposite EL AL could be resolved in two ways: one - to compensate for a defense spending, the second - to worry about open skies in Europe for Israeli companies so that they can land anywhere.

"Unfortunately, the Minister of Finance only understands when there are powerful people opposite him. Mr. Eini is expecting a very tough job since labeling of the budget is heroes opposite the weak, and it is not Mr. Minister of Finance the weak of 19 thousand gross but ten thousand gross and even less. The coffee will not help, but the power which is shared and incorporation of us all."

MK Nachman Shai (Avodah) said at the hearing that "this government is offensive to the heart of the labor market and those organized workers, out of hatred and resentment against the idea of co-working employees."

MK Miri Regev (Likud Beiteinu) praised the style of operation of the Minister of Finance to the workers' committees, hoping that travel prices will indeed be reduced. She called upon Lapid to create a similar reform, also on prices of fruit and vegetables.

MK Amnon Cohen (Shas) said that one needs to think about employees and security needs in the first place, MK Michal Rosen (Meretz) called on the government to "stop to divide and rule between employees and citizens", while MK Jamal Zahalkha (NDA) said that the EL AL company "is hostile to the Arab public, partly because of the humiliating treatment at the airport, and also because of the Arab minority employees in the company. He said, "While there has been some improvement but still Arab women are checked and humiliated and provocatively without any reason."

Deputy Transport Minister Tzipi Hotoveli (Likud) explained that the subsidy phenomenon disappeared from the world of national airlines and that this reform was made with Israeli airlines, meaning the agreement reducing flight costs abroad. The Knesset approved a majority vote that the Economic Affairs Committee will hold a comprehensive discussion on the subject.
