Erlanger, 38, a resident of Golders Green faces one charge of harassing men and women of the community in the case. Shlomo Feldman, 29, a resident of Stamford Hill is facing three counts of harassment and dismissal of witnesses.
During the police investigation it was found that the two turned to the rabbis who had attacked Rabbi Halperin, and threatened them not to be reflected in the affair. In addition, they are also charged that they turned to women and persuaded them not to complain to the police.
The discussion against Erlanger will be held in court on May 2. Feldman will stand for trial in court on May 15.
Just last week a court ruled that police investigators are given three months to further investigate the allegations against Rabbi Halperin.
Even the investigation and establish of evidence against three other suspects for the alleged disruption of court proceedings - Rabbi David Halperin, Gavriel Ost leader of the Shomrim in Golders Green, and Alexander Strom - will continue.
