Rosh Kollel has been removed from his role due to Internet impersonation

Storm at the RCA (Rabbinical Union of America): Dayan in the consolidation of the Rabbinical Council of America lied and pretended aliases, to promote his judgments in the general media, which led to immediate dismissal.

The organization announced this week the dismissal of Rabbi Dr. Michael Broyde, a member of the American Court and Rosh Kollel of Dayanus Institute in Atlanta, after last week admitted Broyde admitted he used false names on the articles he wrote on online websites.

Following the dismissal, the RCA organization quickly deleted the name from their website. In the reason written by the organization they explained that Broyde was dismissed for "misconduct."

According to the organization's chairman, Rabbi Samuel Golden, Broyde was immediately suspended from his position as a judge in the rabbinical court of the organization. Rabbi Golden added that Rabbi Broyde was even suspended of his membership in the organization, and that the organization begun an investigation of other cases in which the judge used pseudonyms for promotion.
