Tragedy at Yeshivat Kfar Zeitim: Nachman Yaskil, 17 years old, and a son of Breslev chassidim in Elad, was found lifeless in his bed in the yeshiva dormitory.

Rescue teams were called to the yeshiva building and made a lengthy resuscitation, while yeshiva students recited Tehillim. Unfortunately, however, he was pronounced dead as a result of cardiac arrest.

Hatzalah spokesman, said: "The yeshiva students told medics that already at night the boy said he wasn’t feeling well. Early afternoon, after not leaving his room since the morning, he was found lifeless in bed."

Police are asking to perform an autopsy to determine the circumstances in which the deceased died. Zaka commander North, Anshel Friedman, and coordinator of the legal department are operating to prevent transfer to the Institute of Forensic Medicine at Abu Kabir.

Michael Gutwein says to B'Chadrei Charedim that "if the deceased will be transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine at Abu Kabir, to perform an autopsy, I will fight it in court."

Later the police continued to insist an autopsy and at around 20:30 a court hearing was held in Nazareth, where Michael Gutwein coordinator of the Legal Department of ZAKA asked to settle for a CT and not degrade and sadden the deceased.

Police noted in its request for an autopsy that there is no suspicion of criminal activity. Representative of the legal department of the Zaka asked the court to reject the request, and indeed the judge rejected the request and ordered the release of the body for burial tonight. Funeral will leave the Shamgar funeral home in Jerusalem at midnight to Har Hamenuchos.

The Yeshiva, located in Moshav Kfar Zeitim in Arbel Valley in the Lower Galilee near Tiberias, learn about 70 yeshiva students who have difficulty learning regular yeshiva studies, and they combine Torah study with professional training.
