Baruch Dayan Haemes: in the Maynei Hayeshua hospital in Bnei Brak, Mrs. Sarah Rashia Bornstein a"h, the wife of Rabbi Shmuel Yaakov Borenstein, head of Yeshivat Kiryat Melech passed away on Shabbos at the age of 66..
During the past year the Rebbetzin was ill and was admitted to hospital. On Erev Shabbos her condition improved and was expected to be released, but suddenly she returned her soul to its Creator.
Rebbetzin Bornstein a"h, was born in Germany on 6th Nissan תש"ז, to her parents, the late Rabbi Yosef Kleiner and her mother Miriam a"h a descendant of Telze.
Throughout her life she stood by her husband's side so that he could devote himself to Torah and teach the Torah, both as Rosh Yeshivat Chevron-Geula and the past six years in Bnei Brak, at Yeshivat Kiryat Melech.
The Rebbetzin was a housewife and gave shiurim and talks to seminary girls.
Her brother Reb Chaim Zev Kleiner z"l, owner of the Kleinar optician, passed away several months ago.
The Rebbetzin did not have any children, and the public is asked to learn mishnayos for the soul of Rebbetzin Sara Rashia bas Reb Yosef.
The funeral will leave this evening (Motzei Shabbos) at 22:00 from her home at Rabbi Landau Street in Bnei Brak, on its way to Jerusalem, where the funeral will elave at 24:00 from Shamgar towards Har Hamenuchos where she will be laid to rest alongside her parents.
