Golan Heights: Orthodox traveler from Jerusalem wounded and rescued
Jerusalem resident was wounded in the leg during a trip to the Nachal Orvim in northern Golan Heights, was rescued by the volunteer rescue unit Golan, and evacuated to Ziv Hospital

Today (Sunday) afternoon, rescue unit Golan crews were called, after a Jerusalem resident was injured during a trip to the Nachal Orvim in the north-west of the Golan Heights.
The volunteers connected to the wounded, and rescued him using motorized vehicles, with a suspected broken leg. The injured man was taken to Ziv hospital.
Amir Duvdevani, a spokesman for the rescue unit Golan, told B'Chadrei Charedim, that he hoped the summer season will not bring victims during trips, and he asks of the Site users and visitors to keep all safety rules and prepare correctly according to routes.
