Hgrb"m Ezrachi: "the country's economy will collapse" • Video

Tradition held for years, hundreds of yeshiva ketana students gather for an uplifting Shabbos, held on the Shabbos after Pesach by the organization of yeshivas – at the 'Ganei Hadar' yeshivas, Petah Tikva.

Over the years Hgrb"m Ezrachi, Rosh Yeshiva Ateret Yisrael, would arrive on Erev Shabbos ask a question at the Beis Medrash, and at the end of the question from a discussion would begin at the Beis Medrash among the boys. On Motzei Shabbos Hgrb"m Ezrachi would come and the boys would answer the question.

This year, due to weakness, Hgrb"m came on Friday, but did not return on Motzei Shabbos. Instead, the boys wrote their answers in writing, which will be brought to the house of the Rosh Yeshiva. The best answer will win the writer with the books of the Rosh Yeshiva - "Birkas Mordechai".

In addition Hgrb"m carried out a talk to the boys on current affairs and concern about decrees on the Torah world, and said: "If they stopped the yeshiva budget - Hashem will take care of the Torah world, but the country's economy will collapse."

Parallel to his improving medical condition, a vort was held last Thursday night for Hgrb"m's grandson, son of his son Rabbi Ben Zion Ezrachi.
