An orthodox avrech was arrested at Sacher Park in Jerusalem, after being accused of assaulting a three year old child and tossed him on the ground.
Once it became clear that the charges are false, he was discharged.
A fight that broke out between the two 3 year old children, the father of one of them intervened and removed the child from his son, the father of the removed child responded immediately and called the police and reported that the avrech attacked his son.
The police arrived and after a short chase of riot forces they arrested the "attacker"- a foreign citizen, and he was taken for questioning at the Russian Compound. As mentioned, after it became clear that there was no assault, the avrech was released home.
The child was not injured in his body at all, and of course did not need medical attention.
