This was supposed to be a meeting for attempt of helping the ultra-Orthodox in the area of employment, a similar committee established to that of MK Yoel Hasson from the Kadima party.

Erel Margalit, a businessman and caucus proactive, learned firsthand the meaning of 'novice' in politics. Margalit, who the weaker level are close to his heart and has been working for them for decades - especially in high-tech, sought to establish orthodox labor market integration. When he came to confirm the caucus in the Knesset office, he found that someone had already beaten him to it, MK Dov Lipman.

Without thinking twice, he united his caucus with the caucus of Dov Lipman, without considering the consequences. But when he came to invite the Haredi MKs and Haredi employment activists, he did not understand why they avoided him elegantly. After a brief examination he realized the Haredim do not cooperate with a caucus led by a member of Yesh Atid.

The awkward feeling was felt when there was a discussion on the issue of integrating ultra-Orthodox in the employment, and no Orthodox savvy in the area was present.

Misfortune was not confined to the non presence of the Ultra-Orthodox in mainstream (even from 'Mafteach' and the 'Joint' there was no Orthodox representative). During the argument the tones went and increased, to Margalit's surprise.

After promises of MK Mickey Levy that the next government will care for the Orthodox, and after MK Aliza Lavie said that dozens of ultra-Orthodox turn to her for help in employment, there was one Orthodox who did not remain quiet.

He said to Erel that he will not expect the cooperation of the ultra-Orthodox MKs in a caucus led by a member of Yesh Atid.

Following these events he asked to connect to MK Yechiel Bar at the scene and said that is adequate to integrate the Haredi mainstream in the caucus, and it is no secret that Dov Lipman does not represent the haredi public, and its representatives will never cooperate with him.

"Do not help us and do not disturb us. During the past 60 years we got along without you and we'll continue to get along without you," said an ultra-Orthodox, who desires to remain anonymous, but anyone who attended the committee knows. "All the great things you have heard today and were surprised as well as the 7000 Haredi students and a rise in military and civilian service, were not created because of Yesh Atid, but because of previous governments. You did not invent the wheel and you just interrupted. You spoke before that you are afraid of extremists on the right and the left. You, Yesh Atid members, you are the same extremists who we must fear; those who want to introduce the core curriculum in Orthodox schools and to get everyone into the army tomorrow morning. Leave us alone."

Yesh Atid MKs who were present preferred not to comment. Besides MK Aliza Lavie who began to blame the charedi rabbis and activists who are closing the charedi public and do not allow them to develop.

In response to this the few Orthodox MKs left the room.
