Mir Yeshiva: "We learn until further notice"

The world's largest yeshiva continues to learn until further notice.

Mir Rosh Yeshiva Hagaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel, spoke today (Shabbos), at shalosh seudos at the yeshiva and said that the members of the yeshiva will not go out to bein hazmanim and that "we will continue studying all the time that the situation is difficult. We do not say how long, but we learn until further notice."

Hgra"i added, "The yeshiva members should not be interested in "kochi ve'otzem yadi", what is happening there - our strength and power is to continue studying in regular sdorim as usual even harder and more intensely."

As recalled last Thursday a notice was posted in the yeshiva which reads: "Notice to all members of the yeshiva kedosha, the sdorim continue for now as usual even after Tisha b'Av."

So too, all the camps for the Mir Yeshiva of Friedman and Kestner, and American boys, have been delayed until further notice.
