Hgr"y Yosef against DJ: "If he comes we will not come"

Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef, Rosh Yeshiva Chazon Yosef, went out against religious DJ Yossi Azulay.
This morning (Wednesday) a letter was issued by Rabbi Yosef to yeshiva students, in which he forbids them to book the DJ for events and weddings. "I ask the boys not to book the DJ Yossi Azulay anymore," the letter said.
"In every simcha we must make sure that they are holy songs, and not to make a bad name for the yeshiva," insisted Rabbi Yosef to his students, adding that if there will be a wedding which the DJ will appear the spiritual staff will not participate in it, "If he comes, the rabbis did not arrive, he warned."
B'Chadrei Charedim learned that the reason for the battle is due to a wedding that took place yesterday for one of the yeshiva boys in the Heichal Shlomo Hall in Petach Tikva, and at first indeed Hasidic and religious music was played, but later, when the Rosh Yeshiva and the spiritual staff left, they played music that does not fit the orthodox character of the yeshiva.
It reached the ears of Rabbi Yosef, who decided to submit the letter.
Associates of Rabbi Yosef said to B'Chadrei Charedim: "This is an internal letter intended for the yeshiva students only; it has no general provision to the public".
DJ Yossi Azulay explained to B'Chadrei Charedim: "The groom and his friends were waiting for the Rosh Yeshiva leave the hall and asked me to play good music. The thing which surprises me most is that when I played Jewish Music, the dance hall was not full of boys as when I played a little different music. If so I'm very puzzled by the letter."
