United States monitors recently the construction of the complex secret underground for the army, known as Site 911, reported this week in the Washington Post. According to the report, the cost of construction of Site 911 is estimated at over one hundred million dollars, and is expected to last two years. Only American companies are allowed to bid for the construction site, the auction will close in early December.

According to the report, five stories will be built in below ground near the Air Force base located in Tel Aviv. Air Force has only one base in Tel Aviv Sde Dov, but is expected to leave in the coming years. This may be an air force base in the central region - Tel Nof or Palmachim.

Details of the construction plan reveals that the structure itself consists of varying places: in three floors closer to the ground will be the size of a little less than 4,000 square meters, two floors will be much smaller and contain mainly military equipment.
According to this auction, Israeli construction workers will not be able to take part in building the site, but only workers arriving from the United States or Canada, Western Europe, Poland, Moldova, Thailand, the Philippines, Venezuela, Romania and China. Construction workers instead require special permits, and construction of the facility will be under heavy security, with the foundation will be surrounded by fences, so they separately from other military bases.

Auction describes a series of restrictions on the process of setting up the site, although they are not abnormal for building any military installation: exit and entry is permitted in only one place, the building itself will be under Security militants who had once served in the Air Force, and collecting information on what is happening in the Site 911 is strictly prohibited.
Separate item in the auction of the Corps of Engineers U.S. dedicated to the description of the Mezuzahs that must be installed in the new facility: "Every entrance door, except the bathroom and showers. Mezuzah should be written with indelible ink, and the text will be Ashkenazi or Sephardic, but not combined, and approved by and authorized by the Chief Rabbinate ".

At the same time, the Washington Post reports of an additional American construction contract in Israel which will be released this summer, the construction of a large complex that includes communications and electricity - even though it can be used for a pit battlefield management. Construction is expected to take about two years and a half. The Corps of Engineers will oversee the work of the U.S. Army.
