Brandt affair: two years of harassment towards Haredi woman from Ashdod

Today (Wednesday) after receiving the DNA results which proved beyond all doubt that the young Orthodox woman from Ashdod is not Alexandra Brandt absent 19 years ago, her family hope that that this is the end of the affair.
Since the affair was exposed, the woman refused to cooperate with the media. Last week she went to the police and filed a complaint with the journalists harassed her and sat near her house, she says, they are prevented her from continuing to conduct her everyday life, all this just to get out a sentence or two.
The woman, a resident of Ashdod, is in her 30s, and part of a large family from the center.
Hamodia journalist, Yisrael Hershkowitz, revealed this morning on the 'Net Ashdod' that the family is dealing with the mother of Alexandra and her claims for two years, since she attended the wedding of a family member where you found the ultra-Orthodox woman from Ashdod who she apparently thought she was her missing daughter.
"Everyone took it with a grin, but showed understanding of her distress," Hershkowitz testified. A year later, according to him, there was another wedding. "Once again she claimed that this is her daughter and everyone is trying to explain that it was detached from reality - because they know the woman from birth."
Two weeks ago, the story became complicated. Alexandra's mother and her daughter arrived at the home of the woman from Ashdod. "She claimed that she was her daughter and a fuss developed at the scene, the police were summoned, and the woman decided to end the story, to give DNA samples to police."
But then a problem occurred. Alexandra's mother refused to give her samples for testing. "The woman was forced to stand in the eye of the storm without wanting it at all."
But this morning, the results of the mother of the ultra-Orthodox woman from Ashdod came which brought an end of the saga. Family members say that since the case came to the headlines once again, life is not life. "We hope now that the affair will come to an end."
