On Friday night a fire broke out in a residential street Yehoshua Thon in Netanya, and an entire apartment went up in flames apparently due to a power failure.

Owner, Sanz Chasid, spent Shabbos in Kiryat Sanz, only 3 blocks away, following our his sons third birthday which was celebrated on Shabbos at the grandparents of the child.

On Motzei Shabbos when he returned home he discovered that besides the Shabbos clothes he owns and things he took him home, there was nothing left and everything was destroyed by the fire.

House on fire is located in the 'mitchardim' area, near Kiryat Sanz in Netanya, where dozens of yeshiva students who wish to stay to live near Kiryat Sanz and the Rebbe Shlita, but the housing crisis that is not congruent on any place forces them to purchase homes in the surrounding streets of Kiryat Sanz.

An acquaintance of the father told B'Chadrei Charedim that if the family were at home, it could have ended in disaster.
