Bayit Vegan: neighborhood closed 40 minutes before sunset

Bayit Vegan neighborhood of Jerusalem has lost one of its most prominent Rabbis, Rabbi Yehoshua Neuwirth zt"l, author of Shmiras Shabbos Kehilchasa, whose top priority was keeping Shabbos.
