"Stupid, retard and idiot" • R"m and Rosh Yeshiva were arrested on suspicion of beating students

Storm in the yeshiva world after a Rosh Yeshiva and R"m, were arrested this morning in Jerusalem (Thursday), by the police, after a student complained of being beaten.

Rosh Yeshiva for young boys Noam Talmud, Shaarei Chesed neighborhood of Jerusalem, was arrested this morning by the Police, along with the R"m who was also arrested.

The yeshiva is led by Hgr"s Auerbach, and affiliated by Yeshiva Maalot Torah, which is headed by Hgr"s.

Arrest background is a complaint filed by one of the students, which one of the rabbis of the yeshiva hit him and slapped him. The boy had no choice and called the police who arrested the R"m before the student's eyes.

Later police station in Jerusalem the capital detained the Rosh Yeshiva, and after an investigation for assaulting three students, both were provided with expulsion from the yeshiva and on contacting the complainants.

Rosh Yeshiva and R"m denied any connection with the attack and beating of students and students have yet to be investigated.

Police investigates at least three cases of beatings of students at the yeshiva. None of the students or their parents was investigated, but police are determined to continue to investigate the allegations.

He announced that if his son asks for another chavrusa again he will be expelled from the yeshiva. On that day the son spoke with his father, told him the teacher's orders and asked: "Because I want to learn they threaten me that I'll be expelled from the yeshiva?"

His father asked him to go to Rabbi again to ask him for a chavrusa.

The next day the father received a phone call from his son: "Not only did he throw me out of the yeshiva; he also beat me in front of everyone."

According to the student the case deteriorated into serious violence case after he asked for a chavrusa, and asked him to leave the classroom. The student replied that if for that he is expelled from yeshiva he will do so with respect, students who burst into laughter angered the R"m, and he exploded and lifted his hand on him.

The father came to the yeshiva and protested against the Rosh Yeshiva's behavior. Finally it was decided that they will go together to Hgr"s Auerbach's residence – who was shocked to hear that the staff uses violence. Finally it was decided that the R"m will leave for vacation until the end of the year, which has never before happened in practice.

Father refused to respond to B'Chadrei Charedim but said: "We are not those who contacted the police".
