The phenomenon of graffiti on a synagogue does not cease: on Havradim Street in Bat Yam graffiti and swastikas were sprayed on the walls of a synagogue. The gabai of the shull, a Holocaust survivor, arrived first at the place to open the gates of the building for the mispalelim, and when he saw what happened he felt unwell. Volunteer paramedics of Union Hatzala branch of Bat Yam were called in, and gave him medical treatment.

"Until when will we feel like in exile?" asks Moshe Yishai, who davens in the shull, "This morning again the mispalelim came to shull and were shocked to find crosses on the walls of the synagogue. This is a fourth case within a month in which the walls of the synagogue were desecrated."

"The synagogue was built by Holocaust survivors, and today there are also survivors who saw such a case in the morning, needless to say how much pain and sorrow they felt that in the Jewish state there are scenes of way back from Warsaw 1942".

More:
• Shattered windows and stones at 'Haohel' shull in Bat Yam
• Sprayers of crosses in Bat Yam: three minors aged 14-15
• Bat Yam: crosses and graffiti on synagogues
• Aged 12 and 13 destroyed haredi school in Bat Yam

"The worshipers directly entered the shull and began reading Kinos, some felt unwell including chairman of the shull Mickey Moskowitz who is second generation to Holocaust survivors who felt unwell. They immediately called Medical Assistance, the day is not easy for those praying at Ha'ohel shull in Bat Yam."

Yehuda Mizrahi, Ichud Hatzala paramedic, said: "When I arrived I saw that the Gabai suffered anxiety attack due to the swastikas and graffiti sprayed on the place, we gave him first aid after suffering a panic attack, police and municipal supervision were in place."

Members of the shull are initiating an outcry about the situation, which will be held tomorrow, Thursday, at 20:00, at the shull plaza of the Great Synagogue "Ha'ohel", 6 Havradim Street (Katznelson 61), Bat Yam.
