Yated • the court rejected the petition of Yaakov Levine

The long struggle for control in Yated Ne'eman, which opened a year by Hgray"l Steinman to change the spirit of the paper, after it frequently attacked various factors, divide and incite - to the chagrin of Hgray'l – was completed today (Wednesday) by the decision of the Judge Ruth Ronen at the District Court of Tel Aviv.

Recall, the company members of Yatedot תשמ"ו who lost their position at paper, including Yaakov Levine and the former CEO and spiritual board members who were expelled Rabbi Shmuel Deutsch and Rabbi Zvi Friedman, petitioned to the court against the organization and against Rabbi Shimon Glick and rabbis of the paper, including Hgrm"a Braverman, Hgr"n Zocovsky, Hgr"s Epstein and Hgr"y Aschik. Upon transformation the court rejected the petitioners request for temporary relief.

The judge explained that the ownership of a company which publishes the paper is in the hands of the association, with representation powers Association Board of Directors reviews and decision making is in the hands of Rabbi Braverman.
The petitioners argued that Rabbi Braverman was replaced a decade ago by the CPA Bombach, and brought two witnesses – Rabbi Levine and Lefteroff, but the two witnesses were summoned but did not appear - Rabbi Deutsch and CPA Bombach. The claim further alleges that Rabbi Braverman exceeded his authority, even if he had a job that required an overwhelming majority of 90%, to oust the CEO and the rabbis Deutsch and Friedman from the association.

After a brief legal argumentation, the judge refuted the arguments of the prosecution one by one, and states that Rabbi Braverman worked with the full powers, and the burden of proof lies on the shoulders of the plaintiffs. "Petitioner did not take up the burden of proof imposed on it and therefore the law claim should be rejected. I reject the claim," she concludes.

However, the deposed affiliated with the Ashdod branch in the Lithuanian public, for now have established their own newspaper called Hapeles, which is under tough economic struggles for existence.
